OUR HISTORY

The founder of GM PROPERTIES, Gisella Martina, was born in Piedmont where she graduated in Business Economics at the University of Turin. After her professional examen to become a fully licensed real estate agent at the Chamber of Commerce of Turin, she started his own business in Sanremo, Liguria, and today she has more then twenty years of experience in  Piedmont and Ligurian real estate markets. GM PROPERITES was founded to develop the numerous connections between Piedmont and Liguria and to meet the requests of properties to buy or rent from our numerous foreign customers.

After having carefully listened to our clients requests, we decided to open a new office in Turin, continuing to operate in Liguria as well, to offer a fully assistance to help our client to carry out their real estate projects by the sea. We handle the aspects that can create the most difficulties in purchasing and managing a vacation home, including rental management.

• Investment study based on direct and depth knowledge of specific areas in Ligurian Riviera and Piedmont.
• Rental management (contract registration, renovation services, cleaning and maintenance services).
• After sales services (residence changes, utility transfers, municipal paperwork, renovations..).
• Assistance in the sale process of properties in the French Riviera.

• Direct management of sale process with foreign clients, particularly from Northern Europe, Switzerland, France, Germany and USA.
• Professional translation of all paper-works with professional interpreters.
• We follow our clients before and after the notarial deed (contacts with embassies, translations, banking practices, opening bank accounts..).
